This striking house combines period charm with a fantastic location in North Devon. It s set in an elevated position overlooking beautiful rolling country views of Bideford and on clear days beyond to distant sea views the island of Lundy and Hartland Point. A short drive takes you to Instow with local pubs and a superb deli perfect for stocking up on supplies. Enjoy a stroll on the traffic-free Tarka Trail ideal for walkers and cyclists or have a day upon Instow beach or Westward Ho! beach building sandcastles.

Try surfing fishing golf or even horse riding locally. Other nearby attractions include The Milky Way Adventure Park The Big Sheep or Tapley Park with the beautiful RHS Rosemoor Gardens just a short drive by car.
