Entering this grand Manor House, you are welcomed into the great hall, itself a thoughtful space with dog-pack artwork and a crackling open fire to welcome you. Heading through this building you are immediately welcomed into the grand lounge, with plenty of sumptuous seating. Head to the bar next door, inspired by Country clubs and fine Inns, with wooden panelling and rich leather furniture, this room offers a great space to relax and enjoy a fine wine or whisky. Why not wind down your evenings in the snug with a good book and roaring fire, a cosy space, perfect to enjoy separately from the group. For entertainment, you have options; enjoy movie night in the high-spec Cinema Room, with plenty of seating and plush carpet you can sit back with delight. Send the children (older or otherwise) to the games room, where a vintage pinball machine can be enjoyed alongside Karaoke later in the evening. If you fancy exercising your taste buds, why not treat yourself to cheese tasting whilst admiring the 1000-bottle-strong wine cellar? For the chefs of the group, you are treated to not one but two kitchens; from a full-blown commercial kitchen to a more traditional yet luxurious space with Miele appliances, two steam ovens, a microwave, oven, full-size Aga, and Sub-Zero wine fridge and freezer. The Peninsula and St Regis rooms are also super-kings with 55″ wall TVs; The Peninsula with a separate bath and shower and St Regis with a walk in shower. The Colony Hotel is a double room with a shower and The Betsy room is a super-king with a shower, The Betsy room offers gorgeous views across the grounds of the property. Naples, La Residencia and Claridges are all luxurious rooms offering super-king beds with a separate bath and walk-in shower. Sandy Lane is a self contained flat located on the ground floor, with separate access and provides a super-king bed, large seating area, 55″ TV and an ensuite with a large walk in shower. Sandy Lane is ideal for any members of your party with mobility issues. To locate the tenth bedroom, you will need to take a stroll along the drive and step into the Summer House,. Once inside, you will be greeted with an open plan kitchen/living room and completing the ground floor is the bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs, you are welcomed into a king-size bedroom with a curved freestanding bath in the bedroom itself.
If you are not already wowed by the interior of this manor house, the grounds are something else to behold! Soak up the sun in the orangery, with multiple spaces to dine al-fresco with a gin and tonic, or why not head over to the front terrace where you can gaze across the manicured gardens?
