With attractions such as Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Heights of Abraham for the more adventurous and for a more relaxing time, just a little further away is the lovely town of Bakewell and the stunning Chatsworth House. A luxurious stone barn conversion in an elevated position with stunning views looking out to Crich Stand, on the owner’s working livestock farm, where your privacy is assured. Step into the impressive kitchen and you immediately get a fantastic view across the valley, it has everything you need for a breakfast or evening meal including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Step up into the lounge and dining area, this contemporary retreat has been ideally designed for a friends and family gathering to this wonderful location. After an action-packed day, be welcomed by the stylish interior which houses everything you will need for a break with loved ones. Curl up on the comfy sofas which rests in front of a warming wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Gather around the large dining table with your group and plan the next days adventure. There is a very handy separate WC completing the ground floor. As the evening draws to a close, look forward to retiring to one of the three well-presented bedrooms situated across two floors. On the first floor you will find a twin bedroom with bespoke handmade bed-frames, making this ideal for family with younger guests and there is an impressive super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request). Next to this is the bathroom which features a shower over bath and WC. On the second floor you have the final king-size bedroom which has gorgeous views over the valley and a private en-suite shower and WC.
Outside there is an enclosed lawned area, patio with dining table and hot tub. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on warm balmy evenings well into the night, with uninterrupted views of the surrounding pastures and down into the valley as far as the eye can see. There is private parking for three cars.
