A former Methodist church set on the edge of the large village of Cwmavon with shops and pubs within easy walking distance. This is a great spot to enjoy the best of the Afan Valley with picturesque mountains and forest surrounding the area. Excellent for cyclists walkers and wildlife lovers alike with world class mountain biking at Afan Forest Park the seaside at Aberavon Beach and Waterfall Country in the Vale of Neath.This property is also well placed for attractions such as Margam Country Park with acres of countryside with a castle deer park and visitors centre and Bryngarw Country Park with woodland lakes and a pond.

Kenfig Nature Reserve is just a short drive which is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and offers various activities including bird watching and hiking which also leads to the beach and adjoins a super golf course. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).
