Stroll down the valley for the secluded stony Millock beach or jump in the car and head slightly further afield to mythical Tintagel where you can explore the legends of King Arthur and his castle. The fishing villages of Boscastle Port Isaac and Rock are within easy reach and attractions within driving distance include the Eden Project and Crealy Adventure Park.
The striking exposed beams in the lounge immediately give the property a rustic and characterful appearance with soft furnishings and a grating over the open stone-surround fire ideal for keeping the chill off in the winter months when watching something on the TV/DVD. There is also then a second lounge area again with sofas and a TV plus a computer desk electric piano books games DVDs and CDs. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay with a large range-style electric oven gas hob dishwasher Belfast sink fridge and microwave plus a large table in the centre to seat up to six people. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a large fridge/freezer.
The main dining room has stunning slate flooring and a feature fireplace with a beautiful table and chairs to seat up to six people. The shower room can also be located on the ground floor with WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms the first of which has a king-size bed and TV/DVD benefiting from a music system an en-suite shower room with WC and fantastic countryside views. There is a further bedroom with twin single beds followed by a landing area with a shallow step leading to the other two rooms the first of which has a king-size bed with TV/DVD the second with two sets of bunks beds a seating area and music system making it ideal for children.
The main bathroom has a bath with separate shower and WC. Outside there is a large enclosed garden plus a patio area with a built-in BBQ and garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining in the summer where you can enjoy the far-reaching countryside views. There is ample off-road parking for four cars.
