The heart of this beautifully converted barn is the vast, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This huge space carries delightful authentic elements of the old barn, such as the varnished beams and wooden gallery crossing the ceiling. At one end of the room is the cosy lounge space with oversized sofas, coffee tables and a wood burner. A long dining table with a bench and chairs for eight people stretches along one wall. Along the other is the fully equipped kitchen, decorated in soft hues and featuring a vast island/breakfast bar with stools made from tractor seats. Off the kitchen is a utility room where you can do your laundry or wash up at a sink with sea views. There’s also a snug lounge area with a cosy sofa, TV, foosball table and two walls of patio doors leading into the courtyards. This barn has two ground-floor bedrooms, each with king-size sleigh beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rainforest showers. There is an additional, separate shower on the ground floor. Climbing the wooden staircase, you’ll find two bedrooms, one on either side of the galleried walkway, which looks down on the lounge area. Both bedrooms have en-suites and are charmingly decorated with wooden furniture, complementing the original beams crossing the apex ceilings. One has a cushioned window seat with beautiful coastal views and the only en-suite with a bath.

The outside space at this property is split into two areas. On one side, you have the decking area with an eight-person hot tub, picnic table, and comfortable wooden seating with coastal views. To the rear of the house is a flagstone courtyard with more wooden seating around a fire pit, perfect for sitting out late into the night sharing drinks and stories with friends.
