You can also access The Tarka Trail which offers fantastic off-road walking and cycling. You could explore Exmoor National Park take a day trip to Lundy Island or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops.

There are many other attractions including the National Trust property of Arlington Court the pretty fishing village of Clovelly or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.
