The area should appeal to cyclists and walkers alike as The Cumbrian Cycle way passes through and is situated on the western end of Hadrian s Wall path.

This large cottage is a comfortable base to come back to after a long day exploring of what this beautiful part of the country has to offer. Walking into the property you go through to the lounge with sofas to sink into and a large TV and DVD player. The kitchen is the heart of the cottage discuss your day whilst preparing the evening meal with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and an American style fridge / freezer to store all the essentials for a group of 10.
There is also a dining room on the ground floor great for enjoying meal times together. Continuing through the cottage there are 2 king-sized rooms with TV / DVD and plenty of space 2 twin rooms and a double. All tastefully decorated with a light and airy feel. The ground floor WC also consists of shower and the first floor bathroom has a bath and a shower – so take your pick! There is a large outside space with enclosed front and rear gardens to relax in.
There is also outdoor seating to enjoy the peacefulness that this cottage has to offer. There is a private driveway for up to 5 cars. Need to know: 5 bedrooms 2 king size with TV / DVD, 1 double and 2 twin rooms (All bedrooms have iPhone player / docking stations). Bathroom upstairs with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Shower room ground floor with shower and WC. Lounge woodburner and TV / DVD (starter pack of logs included). Kitchen electric oven and hob, American style fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Dining room to seat 10 people. Utility room washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside enclosed front and rear gardens with seating. Electric and central heating included.
