A spacious, open-plan living area decorated in neutral shades, creates a homely and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy, while high ceilings and exposed beams add to the sense of space. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Extra space is created with addition of the attractive kitchen island. The dining table provides a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal together, before everyone curls up on the comfortable sofas in the lounge area. There is a TV/DVD as well as a CD player and Radio to keep everyone entertained. The three bedrooms are all stylishly designed with co-ordinated throws for a little extra warmth when needed. The master bedroom, a double, has an en-suite shower room with WC, while there is a further double room and a twin. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage space with wardrobes and drawers. The main bathroom has a bath with a separate shower and WC.

A door from the lounge leads you outside onto a private, raised decked area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for alfresco drinks or dinner. If the little ones need a little extra entertainment, then they’ll love the outdoor, enclosed play area with swings, slide and climbing frame, which is shared with other guests. Off-road parking for two cars next to the cottage with ample parking available on-site.
