Enter this large property via its side door into a useful coat and boot storage area. The ground floor flows from the well-equipped kitchen into a morning room with two armchairs with sea views. French doors lead from the dining room onto the terrace, which has the most spectacular panoramic views. The dining room seats up to ten (eight chairs and a bench, there is also a highchair) and the lounge has comfortable seating for all the family. The bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and full-length mirrors. There is also a cosy nautical-themed children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, a wooden cot and children’s books for bedtime stories. The owners have a baby and toddler, so there are children’s toys for these ages. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Out on the terrace, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, make it the ideal spot for dining and relaxing. There are steps down to a large and exciting garden which is laid to lawn with flower beds and an unfenced pond. There is also a 14f’ trampoline for children.
