As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in a smart home with built in google assistant, heating controls for each floor, plus speakers throughout the property, which do make this a truly one of a kind house. The lounge has a superb open-fire with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by a large sofa and two armchairs. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need with a Smart TV, dining table and chairs for your feasts of an evening. The kitchen is equipped with Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar. There is also a utility room leading off this with a washer/dryer. In addition, there is a ground floor WC before the stairs. Heading up to the first floor there are three double bedrooms.
