Located in a peaceful setting on a large mixed arable farm on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Cupar. Within walking distance of the family attraction Cairnie Fruit Farm & Mega Maze where there is a farm shop tearoom and family activities. Within easy reach of the historic seaside town of St Andrews (home of golf) and its legendary Old Course. Walkers and cyclists are also well catered for with numerous country trails nature reserves and the renowned Fife coastal path with its splendid sandy beaches to explore.

Visit the Scottish Deer Centre Falkland Palace and enjoy boat trips to the Isle May. The cities of Edinburgh Dundee and Perth are within easy reach making this a fantastic base to explore the Kingdom of Fife and central Scotland.
