Heading down a small flight of steps takes you into the large open-plan family room, featuring a kitchen/diner/lounge. This is the hub of the house and has a relaxed informal feel to it. The lounge has a large comfortable corner sofa nestled around the smart TV with Netflix, and the dining area has a contemporary dining table that seats 12. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric double ovens, an electric hob, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. Enjoy a morning coffee at the central island with bar stools or later in the evening whip up a cocktail at the bar whilst enjoying socialising with the family. The ground floor is completed with a utility room with a washing machine and a cloakroom with WC.
