The nearby town of Ribchester (2 miles) is home to some excellent pubs, restaurants and cafes, and the larger town of Clitheroe (8 miles) is a popular spot with tourists exploring the forest. The traditional market town of Skipton is also within easy reach.

This traditional farmhouse has been skillfully refurbished to showcase its original features alongside contemporary elements. Finishing off the ground floor is a double bedroom with heated flagstone floors. Climb the oak staircase to discover three large, beautifully furnished bedrooms with expansive countryside views. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be split into twins at your request, dressing table, wall-mounted Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom/dressing room. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and an elegant dressing table, and the third is a spacious triple with three matching wooden sleigh beds. A marbled family bathroom completes the floor.

The extensive grounds of this farmhouse are quite spectacular. A stone patio runs along the front of the house, leading to a raised decking with a seating area. Glass panels enclose the decking without blocking the view. Step down from the patio to an enclosed garden with flowerbeds, lawns, and fantastic views, or continue to the hot tub which sits slightly secluded, to the side of the house. Beside the hot tub is a garden room and bar area, ideal for entertaining friends outdoors while being protected from the elements.
